The trip to Santorini can be arranged either by ferry boat or by plane (1 hour journey). BLUE STAR Ferries run a daily scheduled trip that departs from Piraeus 07.30 am stops at the islands of Paros, Naxos, Ios and arrives in Santorini +/- 15.00. Cabin berths are available at an extra cost.
The port, called Athinio is about 15min from Fira, the capital town of the island, connected by bus or local taxis.
