Make your booking in two steps

Choose the tour that you want to take part in,

Send your message to tours@astoriatravel.gr giving us:
a) the details of the tour, the day, the date, and the hotel class that you selected on the tour,
b) The number of people interested to take part in the tour,
c) The hotel that you will be staying in Athens, in order to arrange the pick up service if needed and it is possible.

We reply, CONFIRMING the availability, within 48 hours.

Your next step is to pay the money in our Secure bank webpage

Immediately after the payment, you will receive a message from the bank that the payment was sucessful, (this is your receipt) and we receive a message that the money were deposited in our bank account.

Next day, because of the time difference, you receive attached in a message, your voucher.
Please, print it, and give a copy to the tour leader, in order to allow you to get on the bus.

This is all. The booking is confirmed and secured.

PS. In case of cancellation, we have to follow the cancellation rules of the Tour Operator involved.

Extra discount on the tours (prices with red fonts) and how to get it.

We have adopted a policy of allowing an extra discount to clients that let us book at least 3 nights' accommodation for their hotel accommodation in Athens.
We do not mean that you are committed to stay in the hotel of our choice. On the contrary. You browse, select the hotel that you want, get a quotation and tell us the price that you found for that hotel, but ask us to see whether we can beat that price or give you the same price.

1. We may not be able to beat it,
2. We may be able to beat it, or
3. We may quote you the same rate.

In no case, you will pay more that what you were quoted. If we can beat it or if we give you the same rate, then you will gain the extra discount on our tours "in red" and transfers.

The reason is that: when you let us make the booking, we end up with a small % of profit from your accommodation cost. With our "in-package" policy, we sort of share this small %.
