4 simple steps to make and secure a booking.

  1. Submit one of the booking forms that you find in the websites

  2. Get our reply and confirmation of the booking and our price
    (Confirmed bookings, if not paid, are automatically cancelled 15 days before departure.)

  3. From a PC, visit our Secure Bank website and pay the money
    (The bank does not allow mobile tools to charge credit cards)

  4. Receive and PRINT the voucher that we send to you
    (You need to give a copy to whoever asks for it)
  • You have the right not to agree with our way but do not try to change it. We do not agree to changes.
  • The discounted prices of our tours are prepaid. You cannot pay them on the day that the tour starts.
  • Avoid last minute bookings. Please, excuse us if we do not reply to last minute requests on time.
  • There is a procedure in making a booking, getting paid, and sending the voucher, may be longer than you may expect.
  • We do not believe in online booking engines and prefer personal communication. This way bookings take longer.
  • There is a time difference that affects communication, plus days that the office is closed during weekends.
  • and, please, do not pay any money before we get back to you confirming the request and the price to be paid.

We shall reply, usually within 24 hours during our working hours.
If you do not receive our reply, please, resend your request after 48 hrs.
Saturdays & Sundays and Greek public holidays the office is closed.
Please, avoid last minute bookings. We may not be able to read the message on time.
